The new Genesis X-Concept will be the first electric car from the Genesis brand!

With so many brands diving into this segment, Genesis wanted to get a piece of the pie. Once again we see the dramatic "Two Lines" lighting elements that extend from the front corners and after the front wheel arch, to the door cut. Genesis design chief Sangyup Lee said, “It doesn’t matter if it’s day or night, it is always prominent and stands out. From now on, when you see two lines, you will think Genesis.”
It's charging door is slide-to-open and there are no parting lines. The Two Line design is also seen on the two-lined lights around this charging port. A digital side mirror also shows the Two-line Motif. All of the lines on this vehicle give it an elegant and muscular appearance.
It's teal exterior is called Lençóis blue. It actually was used for a specific reason, as it represents the level of sustainable luxury that Genesis pursues. It is inspired by the lagoons of the Maranhenses National Park in Brazil. This is where a lake forms only during the rainy season.

For the interior there is a crystal sphere in the armrest that flips over and becomes the gear selector. There are also eco-friendly materials. Genesis decided to use materials that are usually thrown out when the car is in production. The upholstery will be cognac leather. It's dashboard gives an effect that it is enveloping passengers and is connected to a floating center console.
